Welcome to Fall!!!

This was my very first session with a slight coolness to the air and dare I say, just a teensy bit brisk. It was heavenly. Even for this summer loving, beach bumming, and cold averse photographer...

You wouldn't believe how many of my inquiry emails start with something along the lines of this: "My college student is going to be in town/coming home/will be home... and we want to sneak some pictures in." And my answer -as long as I can manage it with my schedule- will hopefully always be YES! Because capturing your family is my job and I love to be able to make it happen.

Let's also keep in mind that tweens and teens are just different in front of the camera. So I'm going to use some serious photographer magic to capture genuine laughter and fun. At the end of the day {or, dare I say session} if I can make a mom bury her face in her hands in laughter and forever freeze your children smiling a real smile, I'm going to call this a win.
