College Visitor Here!

Alright! Secret agenda here. When you book me for a college graduation session on campus, I get the chance to visit and check it out. The best part is that you graduates are my tour guides and you give me the real scoop on these locations. All from your experience and perspective. It's a win-win deal for me and a preview for the next parenting chapter. Consider it a prep run.

For this session, I traveled to East Carolina University. We walked around and checked out some of those must-see points on campus and made sure to capture some memories. Taking these milestone pictures is so special. In retrospect, I wish I would have taken more pictures on campus during my own college years. Oddly not me as I, obviously, became a future photographer with lots of pictures of "other" memories along my journey. Weird.

But this session was gorgeous. I love how we mixed the use of the cap and gown, the casual with the dressed up, and even some friends in the mix. Sessions are personal and you can make them your own. That's one of the highlights of photography. I could photograph a million graduates at the same spot, but each of them will bring a different smile, a different vibe, and a different personality to the location.
